Trade Union Labour Councillors Network

Trade Union Labour Councillors Network

Labour councillors make decisions every day that affect jobs, services and local economies. The Trade Union Labour Councillors Network is for Labour councillors who are members of affiliated trade unions. It brings together trade unionists from across the country to share campaigns, policy updates and industrial developments, helping you stay informed about the issues affecting working people and local government.

As a part of the Network, you’ll receive campaign and policy briefings, draft motions, invitations to events and training, and hear directly from affiliated unions. You’ll also have opportunities to support union campaigns, connect with other trade union councillors and become more active in your union.

Whether it’s a national campaign, an industrial dispute or a local organising drive, the network will help you keep up to date with the issues that matter to trade unions and the communities you represent.
