Tell Us What Motivates You
Ahead of Political School, we’d love to hear what brought you here. Send a one-minute video to Robbie@labourunions.org.uk, sharing:
- Why you applied for the course
- An issue or campaign you’re passionate about
No need for anything fancy—just a simple video filmed on your phone or webcam is perfect. This will help us understand what drives you and what you hope to gain from the programme. We need your video by 17 March.
This task, along with the questionnaire, will also help prepare you for our Sunday morning activity, where you’ll be delivering a three-minute speech and answering a question. We’ll be running hustings-style practice, so think about how you would present yourself as a candidate—whether for elected public office, a leadership role, or another position of responsibility.
