Dear Kemi Badenoch,

Working people have been campaigning for better workplace rights for years. This Government is delivering the biggest set of protections in a generation – but Conservative MPs voted against the Employment Rights Bill, and your Shadow Minister hinted that he’d want a future Government to undo these gains.

Polling shows that 65% of voters who switched from Tory to Labour support stronger workers’ rights, with majority support  for stronger employment rights in every constituency in the country.

Your Party’s stance on the Employment Rights Bill is out of touch with the public and even your own voters.

Will you promise not to roll back any of our new workplace rights?

Yours,

Working People
